Owen graduated from Oxford with First Class Honours in English before completing his GDL at City University, where he gained one of the top distinctions in his year. He completed his LPC at BPP Law School where his specialist subjects included Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property & Commercial Law. He has professional experience in the music industry, as well as in television and journalism.
